Ingredients
4 slices cucumber (about 1/4 cup / 30 g)
3 fresh rosemary sprigs
1 oz (30 ml) lime juice
1/2 oz (15 ml) simple syrup
3 oz (90 ml) tonic water
Ice
Cucumber ribbon and rosemary sprig, for garnish
Instructions
Muddle cucumber and basil in a shaker.
Add lime juice and simple syrup, then fill with ice.
Shake and strain into a chilled glass filled with ice.
